The Website is owned and operating under the name Almather Hospital, by King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (“KFSH&RC”) (referred to in these Terms as “Almather Hospital”, “the Hospital”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you (“the User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.”
Health information made available on this website is prepared or reviewed by qualified health professionals unless otherwise indicated. The information provided on this website is designed to support, not replace, the relationship that exists between a patient or site visitor and his or her physician.

This website is not designed or intended for use in medical emergencies. If this is a medical emergency, immediately call ambulance services on 997 (or the unified emergency number 911 where available) or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not rely on this website, its enquiry form, email or other electronic communications for assistance with urgent medical needs. Messages submitted through this website are not monitored continuously or in real time, and the hospital cannot guarantee response times.
5. APPOINTMENTS, CAREERS AND ONLINE SERVICES
This website does not itself provide online medical services or require user accounts. The “Book an Appointment” service is provided through the Almather Hospital Patient App, which is a separate service governed by the Almather Hospital Patient App Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; when you use that service, those documents apply. Career applications are submitted through the KFSH&RC e-recruitment system, which is governed by KFSH&RC’s applicable terms and privacy notices. Any service requiring registration or login is governed by the terms presented for that service.
6. ENQUIRIES AND FORMS
The website allows you to send an enquiry through the “Send Enquiry” form. You must provide accurate information and may submit enquiries only on your own behalf or on behalf of a person you are lawfully authorized to represent (such as your child). Please do not include detailed medical information, test results or urgent medical questions in the form; for medical matters, contact the Hospital directly, and in an emergency follow Section 4. Personal data submitted through this website is processed in accordance with the Almather Hospital Website Privacy Policy. The Hospital will endeavour to respond to enquiries within a reasonable time but does not guarantee a response within any particular period.

This website and its content — including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs and other materials — are owned by or licensed to the Hospital and/or KFSH&RC and their licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
